Brandon Dubinsky
PrincipalAs Principal of JBM Development, Brandon Dubinsky oversees the company’s real estate development activities. He works closely with JBM’s strategic partners in construction, design, financing, and leasing to identify opportunities and guide projects from initial concept through completion.
Brandon is actively involved throughout the development process, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, project feasibility, entitlements, financing, building and site design, construction, leasing, and overall project execution. His hands-on approach allows JBM Development to evaluate opportunities from both an investment and operational perspective while creating projects designed to generate long-term value.
His experience spans a diverse range of real estate projects, from large-scale Class A multifamily communities and residential land developments to strategically located office, industrial, and flex warehouse properties. Whether developing thousands of residential units, preparing land for national and regional homebuilders, or creating flexible commercial facilities, Brandon focuses on developing properties that respond to the needs of their respective markets.
Through JBM Development, Brandon continues to pursue strategic development opportunities throughout Central Ohio and surrounding markets, focusing on well-located properties, disciplined investment decisions, thoughtful design, and high-quality execution.
Prior to his career in real estate development, Brandon enjoyed a successful 14-year career in the National Hockey League. He was selected by the New York Rangers with the 60th overall pick in the second round of the 2004 NHL Draft and began his NHL career with the Rangers in 2006. After six seasons in New York, Brandon was traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2012, where he spent the remainder of his playing career before retiring in 2020.
Throughout his professional hockey career, Brandon developed a strong interest in real estate and began investing in properties while learning the fundamentals of real estate ownership, development, and long-term value creation. What began as a personal investment interest evolved into a passion for real estate development and ultimately became the foundation for his work with JBM Development.
Jeff Baur
PrincipalAs Principal of JBM Development, Jeff plays an integral role in the company’s development, acquisition, and investment activities, with a primary focus on multi-family and mixed-use opportunities throughout Central Ohio. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff brings extensive expertise in identifying, acquiring, developing, and operating successful real estate investments.
Jeff began his career as a commercial and multi-family real estate broker, where he developed extensive experience in acquisitions, investment analysis, and real estate transactions. During this period, he also built a substantial personal portfolio of multi-family properties, providing him with firsthand experience as both an investor and owner.
In 2010, Jeff transitioned into full-time commercial real estate development. Since then, he has developed extensive expertise across the entire development lifecycle, including site identification and acquisition, contract negotiations, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design, financing, construction oversight, property management, and lease-up.
Prior to joining JBM Development, Jeff held senior leadership positions with Borror Development and Connect Real Estate, serving as Senior Vice President at both organizations. Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on multi-family and mixed-use development and has successfully completed more than $250 million in real estate projects throughout Central Ohio.
At JBM Development, Jeff works closely with the company’s principals and strategic third-party partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, lenders, property managers, and leasing professionals, to move projects from initial concept and acquisition through construction, stabilization, and long-term ownership.
Jeff brings a creative and analytical approach to development and is recognized for his ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, negotiate effectively, and make strategic decisions. His combination of brokerage, ownership, acquisitions, development, and management experience provides JBM Development with comprehensive expertise across all aspects of the multi-family real estate investment and development process.
Moises Gutierrez
PrincipalAs Principal of JBM Development, Moises plays an integral role in overseeing the construction of the company’s real estate projects from initial concept through completion. He works closely with JBM Development’s partners that include architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other strategic partners, coordinating their efforts to evaluate project feasibility, constructability, design, and overall development costs.
Moises is actively involved throughout the pre-construction and construction process, including reviewing plans and specifications, analyzing proposals, coordinating bidding and procurement, awarding contracts, and overseeing field operations. He closely monitors project schedules, budgets, quality, and progress to help ensure each development is completed efficiently and within the established project parameters.
With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, Moises brings extensive knowledge in project development, pre-construction, construction management, and general contracting to JBM Development. Having worked on projects from both the construction management and general contracting perspectives, he provides JBM with valuable hands-on expertise throughout the development process. His experience spans a variety of building types and projects totaling nearly $250 million in construction value.
Satya Kanury
PartnerAs a Partner of JBM Development, Satya brings a unique combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and a passion for real estate. With a diverse professional background in electrical and software engineering, Satya brings a highly analytical and disciplined approach to real estate investment and development. His attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, and ability to think strategically about long-term opportunities have been instrumental in his success as an investor and entrepreneur.
Satya initially became involved with JBM Development as an investor, working closely with Principals Moises and Brandon on real estate investments. Through those experiences, his involvement continued to expand, ultimately leading him to become a Partner of JBM Development.
Known for his attention to detail, analytical approach, and ability to think strategically about long-term opportunities, Satya provides a valuable perspective as JBM continues to grow its development and investment portfolio. In his role, he primarily focuses on investor relations, strategic partnerships, and capital relationships while serving in an advisory capacity on acquisitions, development opportunities, and the overall strategic direction of the company.
