Brandon Dubinsky
Principal
Brandon was drafted to the NY Rangers 60th overall in the 2nd round of the NHL Draft in 2004. He played for the NY Rangers from 2006 to 2012 before being traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets where he finished his playing career in 2021. During his successful 15-year NHL career Brandon took an affinity to Real Estate investments. He began learning and investing in Real Estate deals in 2009. In the latter years of his career Brandon realized the immense opportunity that Central Ohio had in the Real Estate space. He decided that it was going to be his home after a journey that brought him all over the Globe during his first career. While working closely with some prominent developers in Central Ohio as an investor from 2018 – 2021 Brandon decided that he wanted to make Commercial Real Estate his second career and the best way to accomplish this would be to start his own development company.
Jeff Baur
Principal
Jeff is a successful multi-family development and acquisitions professional with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. In the early years of his career Jeff worked as a Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate broker. During this time, he also was able to build a large portfolio of Multi-Family assets of his own. In 2010 Jeff transitioned into a full time Commercial Real Estate developer. In this role he gained expertise in property management, site acquisition, new construction and rehabilitations. Jeff has worked with Borror Development and Connect Real Estate where he became the Senior Vice President of both. He focused primarily on multi-family and mixed-use properties and has successfully completed over $ 250 M in projects in Central Ohio. Jeff is a creative thinker, problem solver, and strategic decision maker who works well in a collaborative environment. Experienced in leading all aspects of multi-family real estate development including contract negotiations, entitlements, permitting, design, financing and lease-up.
Moises Gutierrez
Principal
Moises was the founder and principal of MGJ Building Group. Moises sits on the Board of Directors for the Anchorage Home Builders Association. Growing up watching his Father run his own construction business, Moises developed an early appreciation for hard work and attention to detail. That appreciation grew into a partnership with his father in the commercial wall systems industry in 2009 that continues to this day. TMG Wall Systems has successfully completed over $ 75 M worth of projects. With a keen eye for great architecture and design, Moises expanded into home building in 2012. He has a truly remarkable passion for his projects and for putting people in the home of their dreams. His mission has always been to give his clients the best possible building experience while having fun during the process. MGJ Building Group has won two Golden Hammer awards as Alaska’s best builder and has over $ 50 M in sales to date. Moises has recently relocated to Central Ohio to become a principal at JBM Development and will serve in the role as Owners Rep and Director of Construction.

Satya was heavily influenced by observing his father's work in construction during his formative years. Despite having pursued a diverse career with a background in electrical and software engineering, his genuine passion lies in real estate, a fact that was discernible to those in his inner circle. His steadfast attention to detail, relentless pursuit of perfection, and ability to envision the future set him apart as an exceptional entrepreneur.
Over the past few years, he has grown remarkably, having progressed from an investor working closely with Moises and Brandon with gross real estate sales worth over $20M to extending his expertise on a larger scale as a Partner in JBM development. Satya will primarily focus on Investor relations and serve in an advisory role.
