JBM Development has completed a 288-unit Class A multifamily community in the City of Obetz, Ohio. Located at the southeast corner of Lockbourne and Rathmell Roads, the development offers a modern residential experience with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
The community is strategically located adjacent to the Hamilton Township Local School District campus and the planned Obetz Town Center, providing residents with convenient access to schools, shopping, dining, entertainment, and other everyday amenities.

JBM Development has broken ground on The Vue on Fourth, a 72-unit ranch-style apartment community in Sidney, Ohio. The development will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, each thoughtfully designed with an attached garage to provide residents with the comfort, privacy, and convenience of a true home.
The Vue on Fourth pays homage to the history of the property, which was once home to the former Sidney Drive-In movie theater. The community will blend the character of the site’s past with a modern residential experience designed for today’s renters.

JBM Development is set to break ground on a new 51,000-square-foot office and flex warehouse development in Plain City, Ohio. The project will consist of approximately 10,000 square feet of modern office space and 41,000 square feet of flexible warehouse space.
The warehouse has been thoughtfully designed to provide maximum flexibility for current and future tenants, with the ability to be demised into approximately 4,500-square-foot individual spaces.
